How do I reset my password?
Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page, enter your email address, and follow the instructions in the email we send you. You'll be able to create a new password securely.
Can I import student data from Excel?
Yes! You can import student data using our CSV import feature. Download our template, fill in your data, and upload it through the Admin portal. We support importing student information, grades, and attendance records.
How do I add a new teacher to the system?
As an admin, go to the Admin portal and click "Add User." Select "Teacher" as the role, fill in their information, and they'll receive an email with login credentials. You can also bulk import teachers using our CSV template.
Is my data backed up automatically?
Yes! All data is automatically backed up daily with multiple redundant systems. We maintain backups for 30 days and can restore data quickly if needed. Your data is stored securely in enterprise-grade data centers.
How do I generate report cards?
Report cards are available in the Pro and Enterprise plans. Go to the Reports section, select "Report Cards," choose your students and grading period, then generate and download the reports. You can customize the template to match your school's format.
Can parents access the system?
Yes! The Parent Portal is available in Pro and Enterprise plans. Parents can view their child's grades, attendance, assignments, and communicate with teachers. You can invite parents by adding their email addresses to student profiles.
How do I contact support?

Can I customize the system for my school?
Yes! You can customize many aspects including school information, grading scales, attendance codes, and user roles. Enterprise customers can request custom features and integrations to meet specific needs.
